We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders where there is a legitimate reason, including suspected fraud, inaccurate information, or product unavailability, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.

2. Products & Availability

GUESTLIST offers clothing, accessories, and related fashion products.

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, colors, sizing, and photographs accurately. However, colors may vary slightly depending on your device's display settings.

All products are subject to availability. We may modify or discontinue products without prior notice.

If an item becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will contact you to arrange an appropriate resolution, including a refund where required.

3. Pricing & Payments

Product prices are displayed on our website and may change without prior notice.

The applicable product price, shipping charges, and any taxes collected by GUESTLIST will be shown before you complete checkout.

Payment must be successfully authorized before an order is processed.

We reserve the right to correct genuine pricing errors, subject to applicable law. If an error affects an order already placed, we will contact you before proceeding.

4. Orders & Order Confirmation

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation through the contact details provided at checkout.

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order but does not guarantee fulfillment if a legitimate issue prevents us from processing it.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing, shipping, and contact information.

5. Shipping & Delivery

All orders are dispatched from Lagos, Nigeria.

Our current standard shipping fees are:

  • Lagos State: ₦5,000

  • Other Nigerian States: ₦10,000

  • Selected International Destinations: ₦65,000

Estimated delivery times after dispatch are 1–3 business days for Lagos, 3–7 business days for other Nigerian states, and 7–14 business days for international destinations.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

6. Returns, Exchanges & Store Credit

Eligible change-of-mind returns may be requested within 7 calendar days of delivery, subject to our Returns & Exchanges Policy.

For approved change-of-mind returns, we offer exchanges or store credit rather than refunds to the original payment method.

Store credit is valid for 12 months from the date of issue, subject to applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms limits customers' statutory rights concerning defective, incorrect, unsafe, or materially misdescribed products. Where required by law, appropriate remedies may include a refund.
